WooCommerce to Shopify Migration for Furniture Brand

We're Nordhus, a small furniture and homeware brand. We design our pieces in-house and sell mainly online across Scandinavia and Germany. Our store has run on WooCommerce for five years, but as the catalogue has grown (around 450 products with many variants), the site has become slow and hard to manage. Plugin updates break something almost every month. We've decided to move to Shopify, and we want the migration done carefully, without losing sales or search rankings. What the project involves:

• Migrating all products, variants, images, customers and order history from WooCommerce to Shopify
• Setting up 301 redirects for every product and category URL so we keep our SEO
• Building a clean Shopify theme setup that fits our minimal Scandinavian look. We like how article.com and hay.dk present their products, with large images and clear material and dimension details
• Configuring multi-currency (EUR, DKK, SEK) and shipping rules for bulky items
• Testing the full checkout flow before we switch the domain over We're looking for someone who has done several WooCommerce-to-Shopify migrations and understands the SEO risks involved. Please share a migration you've completed and briefly explain how you would plan ours to keep downtime to a minimum.
