Women's Leadership & Career Development Advisory Board Member

Location: Remote Compensation: Advisory Position (Unpaid role offering strategic influence, scaling support, and the opportunity to help transition a founder-led coaching business into a broader platform model) Are you a commercial growth, digital products, or founder-scaling leader ready to help evolve an established coaching practice into a scalable platform? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join a Denmark-based coaching and leadership development company's advisory board, providing expertise in lead generation systems, digital product development, and operating model design during an important transition stage. What You’ll Do:

• Advise on building a predictable lead-generation engine and a tiered offer structure spanning digital products, group programmes, and premium coaching
• Support the development of digital products, platform infrastructure, and technology decisions needed to reduce founder dependency
• Guide the transition from a highly personalised, founder-led delivery model toward a more scalable operating structure
• Help shape the long-term vision for a broader platform and community serving women across career, leadership, and personal development

Who We’re Looking For:

• Senior executive with experience building predictable lead-generation systems, customer acquisition strategies, and scalable commercial models
• Background in transforming expertise-led services into digital products, online programmes, or technology-enabled platforms
• Track record helping founders move from being the primary practitioner and salesperson into a strategic leadership role
• Experience building engaged communities or membership-based ecosystems is valued
• Familiarity with women's leadership, executive development, or career transformation markets is a strong advantage
• Experience designing lean operating models and delivery systems that reduce founder dependency
