Remote Whatagraph Specialist for Client Dashboard Audit & Optimization (One-Time Project) About Us Lineout is a digital marketing agency focused on regional and community banks. Bank marketing leaders are managing more channels, tools, and data than ever, often without a clear view of what's actually driving results. Our job is to give them clear strategy, disciplined execution, and reporting they can stand behind. We're fully remote, with a team spanning media, design, development, and strategy. About The Role We're looking for an experienced Whatagraph Specialist to audit, troubleshoot, and improve our existing client reporting dashboards. The goal is to validate data accuracy, resolve reporting issues, and ensure all dashboards function correctly, with minimal ongoing maintenance after project completion. Current Setup (approximate)

• 35 client reports across 11 client accounts, plus templates and test reports requiring review.
• 35 connected data sources, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Search Console, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and others.

Scope Of Work

• Audit all client dashboards, data connections, and integrations in Whatagraph.
• Validate reported metrics against their original data sources.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, broken connections, and reporting errors.
• Improve dashboard structure and layouts where needed, and remove unused templates and test reports.
• Apply client-specific branding to the dashboards of one client account.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, fully functioning, and require minimal ongoing maintenance.

Expected Deliverables

• Summary of issues identified and fixes completed.
• Corrected, validated, and fully functioning dashboards across all client accounts.
• Updated branding for one client account's dashboards.
• Brief documentation covering dashboard setup, data connections, and basic maintenance.
• Handoff to the Lineout team to enable ongoing maintenance with minimal external support.

Required Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience with Whatagraph.
• Experience auditing, troubleshooting, and improving existing dashboards.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing reporting and KPIs.
• Experience with marketing data integrations and data validation.
• Ability to create clear, client-facing reports.
• Clear written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
• LATAM-based preferred, with availability to start as soon as possible.
