Job Description

We are looking for a skilled sheet metal worker / welder in Akaa.

We are seeking an experienced sheet metal worker / welder for versatile manufacturing tasks in the machine workshop industry.

The work includes fabrication and assembly of steel structures as well as MIG/MAG welding according to drawings.

To succeed in this role, you have strong hands-on experience in sheet metal work and welding, good technical drawing reading skills, and the ability to work independently without compromising on quality.

The work is full-time, 40 h/week. Initially the work is done in one shift (day work), but we expect readiness for two-shift work as well.

Requirements for the role:

• Solid experience in sheet metal work and welding

• MIG/MAG welding skills

• Ability to read drawings

• Ability to manufacture products independently based on drawings

• Good quality mindset and dimensional accuracy

Considered an advantage:

• Valid welding qualifications

• Experience with demanding machine workshop products

• Overhead crane operation
