We are seeking an experienced and creative content professional who combines outstanding writing and storytelling skills with a strong visual mindset and a passion for B2B communication. You are equally comfortable writing a customer success story, developing a campaign concept, producing video content, designing a high-impact presentation, or optimizing content for search and performance.

As our Content Specialist, you will be the driving force behind content creation across the entire ColliCare Group. You will work closely with colleagues across countries and departments, helping transform business objectives into compelling stories that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and support growth. While the title is Content Specialist, this is a highly operational role for someone who loves creating, producing, and delivering content rather than managing people.

The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and commercially minded. You have a sharp eye for quality, understand how content influences customer journeys, and continuously seek new ways to improve engagement and results. Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's global content strategy across all digital and offline channels in line with the Marketing and Communications Strategy
• Plan, create and publish engaging content for campaign landing pages, newsletters, social media, and internal channels.
• Produce and coordinate a variety of content formats, including articles, landing pages, customer cases, campaigns, video content, photography, graphics.
• Develop compelling stories and content concepts that strengthen brand awareness.
• Create and optimize campaign materials that support lead generation, sales activities, and customer engagement.
• Lead the design and production of marketing materials for both digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and high visual quality.
• Act as system owner for the company's content production and digital asset management platforms, including Imageshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Storykit.
• Develop and maintain marketing templates, including advertisements, one-pagers, newsletters.
• Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across all markets and communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing team, sales, country organizations, and external agencies to deliver content that supports business growth and customer engagement.
• Measure content performance and continuously improve effectiveness based on insights and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, photo/film, SoMe and/or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that support business growth and brand positioning.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English.
• Experience working with digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, video editing, and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO & AEO, content performance measurement, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience working in an international environment and collaborating across multiple markets and cultures.
