Your Key Responsibilities As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient daily operations and consistently high cleaning standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily cleaning operations - Leading, supporting, and providing instructions to cleaning staff - Training employees in professional cleaning methods, hygiene, and safety procedures - Conducting regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained - Identifying areas for improvement and following up on corrective actions - Ensuring that cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies are available and used correctly - Maintaining cleaning documentation and reporting - Communicating professionally with clients and employees - Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and quality control Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a responsible, structured, and service-minded person who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example.
