WCM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve assembly processes, methods and production flows.
• Work closely with line technicians, operators and other production support functions in daily operations.
• Participate in weekly meetings with line managers and support functions to ensure progress on ongoing activities and priorities.
• Develop and maintain assembly methods and work instructions.
• Work with PFMEA and other production engineering methodologies.
• Ensure that appropriate tools and equipment are available and meet production requirements.
• Analyze production challenges and drive problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the development and implementation of efficient and standardized ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably within assembly or industrial manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Experience in developing or improving assembly factories and production lines is highly valuable.
