What you'll do
Warehouse Track Lead – OneERP Rollout Location: Holding, Denmark Contract: Freelance B2B (own limited company or registered freelancer required) We are looking for a Warehouse Track Lead to drive the warehouse workstream during the OneERP rollout. You will ensure adoption of D365FO Warehouse Management processes, align local requirements with the global template, and act as the key liaison between central teams, site stakeholders, and project leadership. Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment of warehouse processes (receiving, inspection, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, counting, 3PL, mobile app usage).
- Conduct workshops, engage key users, and support change management.
- Define and validate test scenarios across SIT, UAT, cutover, and mock go-lives.
- Review and support migration of warehouse master data.
- Track deliverables, risks, and maintain documentation in Azure DevOps/SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of D365FO Warehouse Management, Inventory, Procurement, Production, and Quality.
- Experience with barcode scanning, mobile warehouse execution, and 3PL integration.
- 7+ years in warehouse/WMS operations or ERP implementations.
- Background in global ERP programs and D365FO/OneERP rollouts preferred.
