Warehouse Assistant, Part-Time (3 days/week)

Donkey Republic runs bike sharing across Europe, with thousands of bikes on the streets every day. From our warehouse in Taastrup, we receive, store and ship the spare parts that keep our fleet running across our cities. We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to help keep it running smoothly. What you’ll do

• Inbound and outbound logistics: Receive and send out all goods at the warehouse, and process them accurately against Purchase Orders, Transfer Requests, Sales Orders, Work Orders and other requests from the Spare Parts Management team.
• Shipping coordination: Book and coordinate shipments for outgoing orders according to our guidelines.
• Assembly and testing: Assemble goods into finished products for Sales Orders, and test and troubleshoot parts according to the team’s guidelines.
• Stock counts: Carry out stock counts when needed so inventory records stay accurate, and look into and report any discrepancies.
• Warehouse upkeep: Keep the warehouse tidy, clean and organised so it stays a safe and efficient place to work.

Who you are

• You’re practical, you like working with your hands, and you don’t mind getting stuck into assembly or troubleshooting.
• You’re accurate and organised, and you care about getting the numbers right.
• You can work independently and follow processes, and you also speak up when something doesn’t add up.
• You’re comfortable with basic IT systems for registering stock and orders.
• You speak and write English. Danish is a plus.
• Warehouse, logistics or bike mechanic experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
