What you'll do
We’re looking for Wardrobe Assistants to support the upcoming Innovation Roundtable Summit, taking place in Copenhagen from 3-5 November 2026. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of Europe’s leading corporate innovation events, attended by executives from top global companies, and to gain hands-on experience in an international event environment. Position: Wardrobe Assistant (Event Support) Pay: 120 DKK/hour Location: Copenhagen Dates & Shifts: Tuesday, 3 November • 1st shift: 07:15–15:15 • 2nd shift: 15:00–22:30 Wednesday, 4 November • 1st shift: 07:30–13:30 • 2nd shift: 13:30–19:30 Thursday, 5 November • 1st shift: 07:00–13:00 • 2nd shift: 12:30–19:00 Key tasks:
- Welcome and assist participants with coat and bag check
- Keep the wardrobe area tidy and well-organized
- Provide general event support as needed
