Job descriptionPosition: Waiter/Waitress (zero-hour contract at the start)Location: Aito Fresh, HelsinkiReports to: Manager/SupervisorResponsibilities1\. Customer service· Welcome customers, explain menu options when needed, take orders and process payments.· Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to customer requests.2\. Food preparation· Prepare poke bowls and keep ingredients fresh, well-stocked and presentable.· Follow the restaurants food-safety and hygiene practices.3\. Restaurant operations· Keep the service area clean, restock supplies and help the restaurant run smoothly.· Work closely with the team during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.RequirementsExperience: Previous restaurant experience is an advantage; training is provided.Skills: Good communication, attention to detail and the ability to learn the point-of-sale system.Attitude: A focus on customer experience and an interest in finding practical ways to improve daily work efficiency.Languages: Finnish is an advantage, but not requiredOther: Ability to work at a steady pace, stand for periods and handle food supplies; availability for weekend or holiday shifts.A Finnish Hygiene Passport is required for handling unpackaged perishable foods within the statutory time limit.
