What you'll do

Turn vulnerability data into actionable cyber risk intelligence Cyber Defense is transforming how TDC Brands identifies, prioritises and manages cyber risk across one of Denmark's largest digital environments. We are building a mature, risk-based Vulnerability Management capability spanning infrastructure, cloud, end-user devices, applications and third-party services. To strengthen this capability, we are looking for a Vulnerability Intelligence & Analytics Manager who can turn complex vulnerability and asset data into trusted insights, meaningful reporting and measurable risk reduction. You will be responsible for the data, analytics and platform foundation that enables Vulnerability Management across TDC Brands. Your role As Vulnerability Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will take the lead on Vulnerability Management platforms, data, analytics and reporting within Cyber Defense. Where our Senior Vulnerability Manager primarily drives the technical assessment and remediation discipline, you will ensure that we have the right data, tooling and intelligence to understand our exposure and measure how effectively risk is being reduced. Together, the two roles form the core of our Vulnerability Management capability and will work closely together and provide mutual coverage when required. You will work across Cyber Defense, infrastructure and application teams, technology partners and management to create transparency around vulnerabilities, remediation performance and cyber risk. Key Responsibilities You will:

  • Own and continuously develop Vulnerability Management platforms, reporting and analytics across TDC Brands
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility of vulnerabilities, exposure and remediation performance
  • Define and maintain Vulnerability Management KPIs, KRIs, SLAs and other performance metrics
  • Create operational, management and executive-level cyber risk reporting
  • Integrate and correlate vulnerability, asset, threat and business-context data from multiple sources
  • Monitor data quality and work with technology teams to improve asset coverage, accuracy and completeness
  • Analyse trends, recurring vulnerabilities, risk concentrations and remediation effectiveness
  • Develop and automate data flows, reporting processes and platform integrations
  • Support governance processes including remediation follow-up, risk acceptance and exception management
  • Work closely with the Senior Vulnerability Manager to continuously improve risk-based vulnerability prioritisation
  • Support audit, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements

What we are looking for You combine an understanding of cyber security with strong capabilities in analytics, platforms and data. You are comfortable working with complex datasets but can also turn them into simple, credible insights that enable both technical teams and senior leaders to make better risk decisions. We expect you to bring:

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience within cyber security, Vulnerability Management, security analytics, risk or a related discipline
  • Experience working with vulnerability, security or technology data at enterprise scale
  • Strong experience with Power BI, data modelling and dashboard development
  • Experience defining and developing KPIs, KRIs and management reporting
  • Understanding of Vulnerability Management concepts including CVEs, CVSS, remediation and risk-based prioritisation
  • Experience integrating data from enterprise platforms such as Vulnerability Management tools, ServiceNow, CMDBs or security platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns, data-quality issues and meaningful trends
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical specialists and senior management

Experience with technologies such as Power Query, SQL, KQL, APIs, Python or PowerShell will be an advantage. Experience with Vulnerability Management platforms such as Rapid7, Microsoft Defender or similar, as well as knowledge of ITSM/CMDB is also valuable. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls or ISO 27001 is welcome but not required. Why Cyber Defense at TDC Brands? You will join a diverse Cyber Defense organisation of 13+ colleagues working across Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture, Security Operations and Identity & Access Management. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the data and technology foundation of Vulnerability Management at TDC Brands
  • Build transparency around cyber risk at enterprise scale
  • Work with large and complex security and technology datasets
  • Influence both operational improvements and senior management risk decisions
  • Work closely with experienced Cyber Defense and technology specialists
  • Develop your skills through professional training and certifications
  • Be part of a team that helps secure national critical infrastructure
