• From LPI’s Copenhagen office, we manage a significant number of European clients. You will be assigned as client manager to a number of existing clients.
• You will be part of expanding our European client base through business development initiatives
• You will develop trusted relationships with clients and support them in strengthening their Leadership Pipeline, Project Leader Pipeline and Specialist Pipeline as well as in mobilising their leaders in major transformation projects
• You will facilitate our different leadership and/or specialist programmes
• You will be involved in consultancy work across LPI clients
• You will be part of supporting our global organisation in applying our different development and assessment solutions
• You will be part of developing our future services and products and you may potentially be appointed globally responsible for one of our solutions

• You will work from our office in Copenhagen
• We have significant flexibility related to working from home versus working from the office.
• You have Danish work permit
• The salary structure consists of a fixed salary combined with bonus, but with the fixed salary being the primary part of the total salary
• You should expect 40 facilitations days a year online or onsite
• You should expect about 40 travel days a year
