Volunteer mentor

Role: Volunteer mentor Location: Nordhavn, Copenhagen Date: 12th of November from 17:00-21:00 We believe people have the capacity to transform and achieve far more than they currently believe is possible. Are you interested in AI and want to help tech-curious people learn how they can utilize AI? This role is for you to create an impact and create a space where people implement what they learn in real time through speaker-driven events that turn knowledge into action. About the team You will join a small, high-trust team of 5–6 volunteer mentors united by one clear philosophy: mentoring provides the compass, the mentee holds the wheel. Jesper and Arun are the main organizers of the event who will support you in the role. Technical background is secondary — what matters is the ability to hold space, ask structural questions, and help the attendees overcome obstacles. Job Description At our events, attendees get the chance to try and use various AI tools, which they are potentially using for their work, business, or side project. Your role is to guide their thinking so they leave more capable and confident than when they arrived. This is a role for someone who enjoys facilitating clarity under pressure, believes in co-creation, and is energised by delivering value to others. If you have worked as a consultant, mentor, advisor, or coach, this will benefit you in this role. In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Guiding attendees through how to use the AI tool or method presented by the speaker
• Asking precise questions that clarify vision, surface facts, explore alternatives, and turn insights into testable prompts
• Supporting attendees in overcoming obstacles
• Engage with attendees to understand their progress and where they are at in the learning curve, so no one is left behind

- Qualifications You combine curiosity, calm presence, and a genuine belief in other people’s potential. You are comfortable asking questions rather than giving answers, and you thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments. It is highly beneficial to be technically equipped and know how to use and work with AI tools. You will need to get yourself familiar with Claude Design. You need to be able to attend on the 12th of November and on the 3rd of November for an onboarding meeting at 19:00. What you bring to the team:

• Strong belief that people can achieve more than they currently think possible
• Comfort holding space and asking clear, non-technical structural questions
• Willingness to follow a structured mentoring methodology
• Ability to stay calm and objective when others panic
• Availability for a short pre-event orientation + the event itself
