Volunteer - Innovation Roundtable Summit 2026

Innovation Roundtable is the leading network for innovation executives in large multinational firms - and more recently also for HR and Marketing professionals. We organize workshops on various innovation management topics around the world, and we are looking for volunteers to join us at our annual Innovation Roundtable Summit on 3-5 November at Tivoli Congress Center in Copenhagen. As a volunteer, you will work closely with our Event and Marketing Managers and complete various tasks necessary for a successful event to run smoothly, but will also have time to attend some of the presentations in between your various tasks - a unique opportunity as our events are only open to executives from multinational companies. • Help with check-in
• Provide attendees with the information they need
• Prepare rooms for various meetings during the day
• Collect notes and forms from all the rooms
• Keep track of stock in various rooms (pens, papers, forms)
• Other ad hoc tasks

Required qualifications:

• Availability to work on all or any of the 3 Summit days (3rd, 4th & 5th of November)
• Fluency in English
• A can-do attitude
• Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (or a fresh graduate)
