Job Description: Join Schneider Electric Norway in Oslo and become part of a dynamic team operating in one of Europe's most advanced markets for energy management and sustainability. This VIE assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade marketing, channel development, campaign management, and commercial event execution while working closely with distribution partners and reseller networks. You will be given real ownership, real responsibilities, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business performance. Your Mission As a Trade Marketing Partner, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening Schneider Electric's presence across its partner distribution network in Norway. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and channel partners to improve product visibility, coordinate marketing activities, manage marketing investments, and monitor campaign performance to maximize return on investment. Your Responsibilities - Develop and optimize planograms and in-store merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility at distribution partners. - Support the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns across print, digital, and point-of-sale channels. - Organize and coordinate mini trade fairs and commercial events in collaboration with Schneider Electric's reseller network. - Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of co-marketing investments with partners. - Monitor marketing spend and help ensure all activities deliver measurable business results. - Analyze sell-out data and campaign performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. - Prepare reports and recommendations to continuously optimize trade marketing effectiveness and ROI. Your Profile - Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. - First similar experience (internship, apprenticeship) required - English - C1 level - Norwegian is a real bonus - Autonomous, proactive, and curious. - Comfortable working with both data analysis and stakeholder interactions. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Interested in trade marketing, channel marketing, and partner ecosystems. - Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Results-oriented with a strong focus on measuring performance and business impact.
