Could you be the full-time Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Copenhagen we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources expertise in a dynamic and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside proactive, supportive, and innovative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling managers to apply effective HR management practices, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and driving impactful HR initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Talent Acquisition, AES teams, and local managers), oversee employee benefits and local policies, and contribute to performance management cycles, among other responsibilities. You’ll specifically take care of expatriate immigration and settling-in processes, but also conduct training on HR process-related topics. We’ll look to you for:

• Acting as a partner to managers by providing proactive, value-added input related to business needs
• Enabling managers to apply HR policies, processes, and programs effectively
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Executing HR initiatives in partnership with business managers
• Conducting training sessions on HR-related processes
• Handling expatriate immigration and settling-in processes
• Ensuring accurate ALPS data and providing proper instructions to AES teams
• Monitoring the Performance Management Cycle (PMC), including performance reviews, merit increases, and development plans
• Managing employee benefits and local policies
• Monitoring HR activity costs to ensure expenditures stay within budget
• Supporting EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) strategy

• HR experience through internships or work
• International exposure or experience
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Commercial and business acumen with influencing and persuasion skills
• Intercultural awareness and collaboration mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Confidence and the ability to share opinions and expertise
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
