bina is an online school for ages 4–15, building a category-defining learning experience for families that want more than what traditional or other online schools offer. We're a small, fast-moving team, currently scaling enrollment and building our online presence. You'll report to the Marketing Project Manager and Chief Revenue Officer. Key responsibilities -

• Own a steady stream of edited video that drives conversions across paid ads and IG/YouTube/TikTok short- and long-form content, so the content engine never stalls on edit-bandwidth.

• In your first two weeks, build the production plan and style, and produce the first batch of videos — aligning on motion graphics, captions/subtitles, color grading, and basic sound design.

• From week three, run ongoing production of short- and long-form videos against bina's content plan.

• Edit from supplied footage and visuals; lightly script or refine a given script; add motion graphics, captions, color grading, and basic sound design; deliver platform-spec exports and simple thumbnail variants.

• Use AI tools wherever they speed up the edit.

• Keep tone, pacing, and visual identity consistent across all content, and communicate proactively on progress and blockers.

You'll be a great fit if you have… -

• A portfolio of B2C performance video work — short-form videos that demonstrably converted — ideally in education, family, parenting, or consumer subscription.

• At least 3 reels in your application — one paid-ad cut, one organic short-form, and one long-form piece (anonymized walkthroughs are fine if the work is under NDA).

• Comfort bringing your own editing stack; bina doesn't mandate tools at the team level.

• A track record of hitting weekly deliverables on schedule, with smooth, proactive collaboration.

• Not in scope for this role: filming, project management, and end-to-end scriptwriting — footage, visuals, and scripts are supplied.
