Vice President of Products

VP of Product, Stockholm At Ingrid, we help retailers turn delivery into a competitive advantage, improving the shopping experience and building long-term customer loyalty. As we grow across Europe, we’re looking for a VP of Product to lead our product team and shape the next stage of our platform. You’ll bring strategic direction, strong people leadership and a practical approach to turning customer needs into products that deliver measurable value. The role You’ll own Ingrid’s product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with customer needs and business goals. Working closely with Engineering, Design and commercial teams, you’ll guide the product organisation from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. This is a role for someone who can set a clear direction, develop a strong team and stay close to the decisions that move the product forward. Supporting international growth and meeting the needs of enterprise retailers will be central to your work. What you’ll do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Lead, coach and develop the product team, building ownership and alignment
• Guide product discovery using customer insight, market understanding and data
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver products that balance user experience, technical feasibility and business value
• Make thoughtful trade-offs between new opportunities and improvements to the existing platform
• Align stakeholders around priorities and measure the impact of product initiatives
• Strengthen product practices as Ingrid scales across markets

Who you are

• An experienced product leader with a track record of building and developing teams
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with international and enterprise customers
• Able to connect product strategy with commercial goals and measurable outcomes
• Comfortable moving between strategic direction and practical execution
• Skilled at bringing clarity to complex decisions and aligning teams across functions and locations
• Curious, collaborative and focused on solving meaningful customer problems
• Experience in ecommerce, logistics or delivery technology is a strong advantage.
