Vice President - Nordics

The opportunity As a Vice President at Proxima in the Nordics you will provide executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm. This role blends deep domain expertise, client delivery, business development, and thought leadership. It builds on work already underway with major Nordic businesses across advanced manufacturing, energy & resources, consumer products and retail, often in close collaboration with parent company Bain & Company. You will lead high-profile, high‑growth client programs, shape long‑term client strategy, and play a key role in Proxima’s continued growth and market positioning. This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Leader to help build a regional consulting practice from the ground up, backed by the credibility, client access and global standards of one of the world’s leading consulting groups. What you’ll do Lead executive‑level client engagements

• Lead complex, high‑value programs for senior and C‑suite stakeholders
• Shape and influence client strategy, vision, and transformation agendas
• Ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction

Drive growth and market impact

• Build and manage senior client relationships and pipelines
• Identify and convert new growth opportunities
• Contribute to Proxima’s market positioning and thought leadership

Develop talent and culture

• Mentor and develop senior consulting talent

Help shape the future of Proxima across the Nordics

• Lead domain expertise, IP creation, and capability development
• Act as a Proxima ambassador internally and externally
• Influence strategic direction and firm‑wide initiatives
• Leading the growth of the Nordic business, helping to shape and embed Proxima culture and develop our presence across this region

Work in a global, flexible model

• Operate in a hybrid environment, balancing client, home, and office-based work.
• Travel as required to support client delivery and team collaboration.

What you bring Executive experience

• Fluent speaking Danish & English and have EU RTW
• Strong understanding of supplier markets, offerings and operations and how to leverage preexisting relationships
• Extensive consulting and leadership experience
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acume
