Life on the team The VP, Global Insights plays a pivotal role in helping the LEGO Group stay deeply connected to the consumers, shoppers, and marketplaces we serve. By leading the Global Insights function, this role ensures that decision-makers across the enterprise — from marketing and portfolio development to brand development to commercial and regional teams — have access to sharp, actionable human understanding that fuels creativity, sharpens strategy, and drives commercial performance. Through a modern insights engine powered by leading methodologies, technologies, and data sources, the VP enables the organization to anticipate change, unlock growth opportunities, and stay ahead of an evolving global landscape. Beyond delivering insights, this leader acts as a strategic sparring partner to senior stakeholders, driving integration across business units and adjacent functions such as Cultures & Futures, Markets & Channels, and Analytics & Insights. By simplifying decision-making in a highly matrixed environment, cultivating world-class internal and external partnerships, and building a high-performance global team, the VP ensures Global Insights amplifies the LEGO Group's ability to reach and inspire children and families around the world. What success looks like Success in this role means growing a strong leadership team and elevating Global Insights as a trusted strategic partner to the business. You will help leaders make better decisions through deep consumer understanding, integrated insights and the effective use of first-party data, AI and emerging technologies.
