Vice President, ECM

Our client, a leading Nordic Investment banking boutique is expanding their ECM team on VP or Junior Director level Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, accelerated bookbuilds, and other equity financing solutions.
• Develop transaction strategies, valuation analyses, financial models, and market assessments to support clients in achieving their capital-raising objectives.
• Manage client relationships and advise corporate clients on equity financing opportunities, market conditions, transaction structuring, and investor positioning.
• Coordinate transaction execution across internal teams, issuers, legal advisers, and institutional investors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective deal management.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and a proven track record of executing equity transactions.
• Strong technical expertise in equity valuation, financial modelling, capital markets, and transaction structuring.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage confidently with corporate clients and investors.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and deliver results in a fast-paced investment banking environment.
