Our client is looking for a candidate with - Experience within Vendor Master, Supplier Master Data, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance Operations. - Familiarity with supplier onboarding, compliance, and data governance processes. - Experience working with critical business data and quality assurance. - Understanding of risk management, fraud prevention, and internal control procedures. Responsibilities Maintain and govern clients global Vendor Master data to ensure high data quality, regulatory compliance, and protection against fraud while enabling efficient business operations Key Responsibilities - Manage creation, validation, and maintenance of vendor master records. - Perform due diligence and verification of supplier information and bank details. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards. - Act as a gatekeeper against fraud, duplicate suppliers, and incorrect master data. - Provide expert advice on master data processes, systems, and policies. - Drive master data quality improvements and support digital transformation initiatives. Required education - Higher education at Bachelor's or Master's level within Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field. - Relevant professional experience may compensate for lack of formal education. Required Qualifications - Strong understanding of Master Data Governance principles and supplier onboarding processes. - High attention to detail and strong risk awareness. - Good working knowledge of SAP. - Experience with SAP MDG-BP (Master Data Governance - Business Partner) is an advantage. - Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions. - Proven capability to improve and streamline cross-functional processes. - Structured and quality-focused approach to work. Language Requirements - Norwegian language proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level - Fluent written and spoken English. Contract Duration - Start date: ASAP. - End date: 30 December 2027. - Option for extension of up to 6 months.
