IT Specialist - Veeva Platform Overview The IT Specialist - Veeva Platform will be responsible for the configuration, administration, integration, and continuous improvement of Veeva Vault applications. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, drive digital transformation, and leverage AI and automation solutions while ensuring compliance within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Veeva Vault Configuration & Administration

• Configure, administer, and maintain Veeva Vault applications.
• Support change impact assessments, identifying impacts across configurations, integrations, and business processes.
• Participate in platform upgrades, release assessments, and testing activities.
• Drive scalable and sustainable configuration practices.

Veeva Ecosystem & Integrations

• Lead and oversee integrations across multiple Veeva Vaults, including: Quality Vault / QMS, Training Vault, Quality Documents, RIM (Regulatory Information Management), Clinical eTMF
• Support the implementation and connectivity between Vault applications to create a unified platform landscape.
• Manage integrations between Veeva and enterprise systems such as LIMS and other business-critical applications.
• Oversee and support external APIs and interface connections.
• Conduct data mapping, interface validation, integration testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis for integration, workflow, and data quality issues.
• Maintain integration documentation and governance standards.

AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI and automation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to reduce manual processes and eliminate low-value activities.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities within Veeva and related platforms.
• Support solutions such as intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, content generation, and user productivity tools.

Platform Operations & Project Delivery

• Support platform enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, business process owners, vendors, and IT teams.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to configurations, access, workflows, integrations, and platform functionality.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge management resources.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to both business and technical stakeholders.
