Vacuum Assembly, Bluefors Oy

Their systems operate near absolute zero, which means the components inside them need to be assembled with real care and precision. Your tasks

You'll work hands-on in assembly, making sure every component meets the high standards Bluefors is known for.

• Assemble electronics, vacuum, and pneumatic components according to work instructions
• Perform soldering work with care and accuracy
• Test assembled components and verify they meet quality requirements
• Identify and report any deviations or quality issues
• Collaborate with your team and communicate in English day to day

We expect from you

• Previous background in assembly work
• Technical education or vocational training in a relevant field
• Good English skills, Finnish language skill is optional
• A proactive, take-charge attitude - you take the initiative
• Genuine understanding of why quality matters and how it shows in your work
• Curiosity and a genuine appetite for learning new things
• Previous soldering experience is an advance

Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but it's estimated that work in 2-shift model starts in an upcoming autumn.
