UX Researcher

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a UX Researcher. The questions you will work on are not only about interfaces. They are about trust: what data our users are willing to capture, at what time, and the decision-making behind it. Our user group's time is scarce and their work is confidential. Understanding them takes patience and requires precision. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes how we build, and how we do research. What you bring:

• Several years of user research in B2B, ideally with expert users.
• Command of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• The ability to reach people who are hard to reach.
• Clear writing.
