As UX Designer you turn CRO insights and test briefs into product pages, carts and landing pages that convert. Responsibilities What will your day-to-day look like?

• Design test variants for product pages, collections, carts and landing pages.
• Turn CRO findings and test briefs into designs that can be built and measured.
• Work in Figma, inside each client's design system, with a handover developers love.
• Take short, visual feedback rounds and iterate fast. No 40-page PDFs.
• Turn what wins into patterns we reuse across clients.

Your goal: designs that win tests. Requirements You bring the eye. And the curiosity about why people buy.

• Proven UX experience in e-commerce: conversion first, mobile first, clarity over decoration.
• Figma at a high level: components, auto layout, variants.
• A portfolio with Shopify or D2C work.
• You can explain a design choice with data or a user insight, not just taste.
• CRO or A/B testing experience is a strong plus.
• You work independently and own your work from brief to live.
