Treasury Analyst - Global Finance Processes & Nordic Finance

Want to help free up cash in a growing Nordic software group, and shape how AI changes the way Treasury works? Then you might be our new Treasury Analyst. You will join EG A/S's Treasury & Cash Management team and drive our Net Working Capital (NWC) improvement program together with Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and the Business Units. It is a high-visibility program that is already underway, and you will help take it to the next level. You will have the support of your manager and your Treasury colleagues every step of the way. As part of the department In Treasury, we handle financial risk management, cash and liquidity management, funding, and lender and compliance reporting. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for the NWC program and over time we will build on the core Treasury tasks, so you build a broad foundation in the field. You will report to Christian Sonne, Senior Manager, and work closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business and exposure to executive management. The role is based in Ballerup but from 31 January 2027 EG is relocating to our new offices at Marmormolen in Nordhavn. Your role: Drive NWC and build a broad Treasury foundation Your main focus: Net Working Capital

• Drive the NWC program forward together with Business Units and the Billing and Accounts Receivable teams: keep momentum, track milestones and report progress.
• Build and maintain dashboards for NWC KPIs and support the analysis behind them.
• Help us find where AI can automate and optimize liquidity, NWC reporting, analysis and forecasting, and test it in practice.

Your responsibilities within Treasury will include but not be limited to:

• Cash and liquidity management, including cash flow forecasting, cash pool and bank account structures.
• Financial risk management, including currency and interest rate exposure and customer credit risk.
• Monthly Treasury Reporting and compliance reporting, including Lender Reports and Compliance Certificates.
• Funding activities such as new loans (internal & external), capital raises and M&A funding processes and acquisitions when these occur.
• Treasury is exposed to many internal and external stakeholders so expect a hands-on job with high exposure – Act as a trusted Treasury business partner and to keep operations moving, we solve all relevant tasks, both high and low.

AI in Treasury: you will help shape it AI Is Not a Buzzword For Us, And You Will Have Real Influence On How We Use It. AI Is Imbedded In Our Culture And The Way We Work Now And Together With The Team You Will Help Speed Up The AI Uses Cases And Practices For Treasury & Cash Management

• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, commentary and reporting.
• Automate parts of the NWC dashboards and monthly reporting.
• Build AI support for cash flow forecasting and for identifying patterns in overdue receivables and liquidity.
• Share what works with the rest of Finance.

You will get access to relevant tools and training to utilize the AI possibilities within our field, and together we will raise the bar for the use of AI within Treasury in EG. What You Bring

• Have a background in finance, treasury, accounting or similar, from your studies, a student job or an internship.
• Are curious about how AI can make Treasury smarter, faster and less manual. You want to test ideas, challenge how we do things today, and help us find out what works in practice.
• Are strong in Excel and analysis and are familiar reporting or KPI dashboards both in Excel, Power Bi or similar.
• Are structured and proactive, and you enjoy following up with colleagues and keeping several workstreams moving and not be afraid to get deeply involved.
• Enjoy working with people and are comfortable building relationships across Finance and the business.
• Communicate clearly in both Danish and English, in writing and in speech.
