Transformation Program Manager

Project Manager – CPQ/O Transformation Contract: 6 months (extendable) We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead a strategic commercial systems transformation following a corporate carve-out. The role involves replacing legacy systems under a Transition Service Agreement (TSA), consolidating commercial tools, and delivering a unified CPQ/O (Configure, Price, Quote/Order) platform while ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead end-to-end program governance, roadmap planning, milestones, RAID management, budget, and vendor delivery.
• Manage TSA-driven legacy system replacement, phased migration, and cutover planning.
• Drive Polaris CPQ/O implementation and consolidation of commercial configuration, pricing, quotation, and order management tools.
• Align delivery with GRS global commercial process standards.
• Manage integration dependencies and uncertainties involving SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.
• Coordinate global stakeholders, executive reporting, change management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Oversee operational readiness, user adoption, go-live, and post-launch hypercare.

Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in complex transformation programs, enterprise system implementation, legacy migration, stakeholder management, and commercial systems such as CPQ, pricing, and order management. Experience with carve-outs, TSA exits, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
