The Role As a Transformation Program Lead reporting to the Sr Director, Product Portfolio Operations & Transformation, you will shape and stand up the cross-functional programs that change how Nasdaq’s Financial Technology division operates and competes. You will work in the FinTech Strategy and Transformation Team, responsible for defining the strategic agenda for Nasdaq’s Financial Technology division. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Product Strategy, Product & Engineering, Client Experience, Sales, and Finance to execute on division-critical priorities. You will thrive in this position if you’re a structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into a clear problem statement and program design, manage senior stakeholder relations, and communicate with executive presence in a fast-moving environment.
