The Wärtsilä Land & Sea Academy (WLSA) is responsible for delivering high-quality learning services to customers and employees around the world. Our training portfolio supports Wärtsilä's innovative technologies and solutions across the marine and energy sectors, helping customers develop the skills needed for a more sustainable future.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our Training Coordination team in Vaasa, Finland. Whilst we offer hybrid working, the operational nature of our business often requires attendance on site, and occasional flexibility outside normal working hours may be required.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our global training operations, working closely with customers, instructors, sales teams, and business stakeholders to ensure an outstanding learning experience from initial enquiry to training completion. You will combine customer service, operational coordination, digital tools, and continuous improvement to deliver successful training programmes that create value for our customers and Wärtsilä.
