What you'll do

Programme Training Coordinator, Cyber Security (OT) We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to drive cyber security awareness, competence and training activities within a central cyber security programme in the energy sector. You will turn global and OT-specific requirements into a practical, role-based training approach. You will also align stakeholders across information security, digital risk, assurance, people and culture, and regional hubs. You will support consistent delivery, tracking and reporting across locations, and design supporting activities such as leadership training. On-site presence at least three days per week. The work must be performed from Denmark. Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate training needs across the projects in the programme
  • Define target groups and map roles to training for employees with OT responsibilities, critical-system access, sensitive tasks or management responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an integrated training plan covering global awareness, OT-specific role-based training and local or hub requirements
  • Coordinate development, sourcing and review of training and awareness materials for audiences from technicians and SCADA users to specialists and management
  • Manage external training providers, including scope definition, coordination, quality assurance, scheduling and follow-up
  • Coordinate delivery across functions, regions and sites, including dependencies on learning systems, access data and employee lifecycle processes
  • Establish KPIs and reporting routines, monitor completion and effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on assessments, surveys, feedback and audit evidence

Key deliverables

  • Approved training needs analysis and prioritised target-group overview
  • Role-based training matrix and training catalogue with ownership, cadence and delivery channels
  • Integrated delivery and rollout plan for the global organisation, hubs and locations
  • Coordinated vendor deliverables and quality-assured training materials
  • KPI framework, completion tracking, effectiveness assessments and regular management reporting
  • Documented governance, handover and continuous-improvement recommendations

, Must-have experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including developing and implementing cyber security awareness and training programmes
  • Training needs analysis, employee targeting and role-based learning design
  • Vendor management and coordination of external training providers across multiple locations and stakeholder groups
  • Defining and measuring programme effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, surveys, completion data and management reporting
  • Developing or supporting training and awareness materials for diverse audiences, from technicians to management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication in a global matrix organisation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with OT cyber security and SCADA environments
  • Experience from wind energy or another critical-infrastructure sector
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443, EU NIS2, UK NIS CAF and ISO/IEC 27001
