What you'll do

The Programme Training Coordinator will coordinate the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of cyber security awareness, competence and training activities within a central cyber security programme. The consultant will translate global and OT-specific requirements into a practical, role-based training approach, align stakeholders across Corporate Information Security, Digital Risk, Assurance & Security, People & Culture and regional hubs, and support consistent delivery, tracking and reporting across locations. Furthermore, the training coordinator will design other training activities needed for the programme to succeed, such as leadership training. Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate training needs across the projects in the programme.
  • Create target-group definition and role-to-training mapping for employees with OT responsibilities, critical-system access, sensitive tasks or management responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated training plan covering global awareness, OT-specific role-based training and local or hub requirements.
  • Coordinate the development, sourcing and review of training and awareness materials for audiences ranging from technicians and SCADA users to specialists and management.
  • Manage external training providers, including scope definition, vendor coordination, quality assurance, scheduling and follow-up.
  • Coordinate delivery across functions, regions and sites, including dependencies on learning systems, access data and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting routines, monitor completion and effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on assessments, surveys, feedback and audit evidence.

Key deliverables

  • Approved training needs analysis and prioritised target-group overview.
  • Role-based training matrix and training catalogue with ownership, cadence and delivery channels.
  • Integrated delivery and rollout plan covering the organisation globally as well as relevant hubs and locations.
  • Coordinated vendor deliverables and quality-assured training materials.
  • KPI framework, completion tracking, effectiveness assessments and regular management reporting.
  • Documented governance, handover and continuous-improvement recommendations.

  • Structured and delivery-focused, with strong planning, coordination and follow-through.
  • Able to translate cyber security and regulatory requirements into clear, audience-appropriate learning activities with assistance from specialist.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating high level of complexity, dependencies and competing priorities in a global matrix organisation.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to measurement and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience, including proven experience developing and implementing cyber security awareness and training programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience with training needs analysis, employee targeting, role-based learning design, vendor management and KPI definition.
  • Ability to develop or support training and awareness materials for diverse audiences, from technicians and operational specialists to management.
  • Experience managing external training providers and coordinating delivery across multiple locations and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience measuring programme effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, surveys, completion data and management reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate and work effectively within a matrix organisation.
  • Preferably experience in OT cyber security and SCADA environments; experience from the wind energy or another critical-infrastructure sector is preferred.
  • Additional advantage: Knowledge of OT cyber security frameworks, regulations and industry standards, such as IEC 62443, EU NIS2, UK NIS CAF and ISO/IEC 27001.

Practical Information

  • Duration: 19-10-2026 - 30-06-2027.
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week.
  • Work setup: Hybrid setup with minimum 3 days onsite per week.
  • The consultant must be based in Denmark.
