Can you turn textile industry knowledge and trusted relationships into a more circular future? ERP Norway is building its position in textile extended producer responsibility (EPR). You will develop producer relationships and a membership and customer pipeline while building partnerships across collection, sorting, reuse, preparation for reuse and recycling. Working with ERP and Landbell textile colleagues internationally, you will connect these equally important areas to shape the Norwegian offering and advance circularity beyond compliance. The person we think will succeed You understand textile businesses and the downstream value chain. You earn trust by listening, explaining clearly and following through. You combine commercial initiative with sound judgement and an interest in how regulation shapes the textile market. You take initiative to build partnerships and turn opportunities into practical results, supported by the Group’s expertise and programme structure. You work independently and bring the right specialists and partners together. What you will shape Producer relationships and downstream expertise are equally important. In practice, you will:Develop relationships with Norwegian and Nordic textile businesses, understand their needs and turn qualified prospects into membership and customer opportunities.Translate evolving EPR requirements into clear advice and a compelling ERP offer, including compliance needs.Develop partnerships across collection, sorting, reuse, preparation for reuse and recycling, working with municipalities, social enterprises and ERP / Landbell specialists to advance circularity. What you bring You combine producer knowledge and relationships with an equally strong understanding of and engagement across the downstream textile value chain. Your background may be in brands, retail, imports or e-commerce, or in collection, sorting, reuse or recycling. You can connect both sides commercially and practically.Experience in textiles or the downstream value chain, for example in commercial development, circularity, sustainability, sourcing, compliance or partnerships.A record of building trusted relationships and developing customers, partnerships or new services.Knowledge of circular value chains, including collection, sorting, reuse, preparation for reuse and recycling of textiles.Professional fluency in Norwegian and English. Relevant higher education is useful; strong sector experience and relationships may compensate.
