Test Manager Profiles for Integration Program

emagine is in the early lookout for a handfull or more of Senior Test Managers. November will be all about gathering information about availability for possible candidates, before engaging concrete talks with available and suitable profiles when more specific requirements are provided by the client. The need, however, is present and they will be needing external help. So feel free to apply, and you will be in the pot for when more details are provided to us. We will, however, not be going into specific talks about the need and specific requirements yet, as we still need those details from the client. Background Our client is going through a significant transformation and integration program and is launching to migrate into new platforms, processes, infrastructure, and operating models over a three-year period. This initiative is poised to include four major Go-Live waves. The primary focus area is SAP Core, with multiple sub-projects expected to run under this umbrella. Project initiation is set for January 1st, 2027. Test Management Setup The program requires 8–15 Test Managers across various projects and streams. Overall Testing Scope

• Integration Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

This program follows a ZeroGap approach, ensuring a seamless transition. Test Manager Profiles Expert Test Manager - Primarily Denmark-based Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of testing within workstreams and deliveries
• Definition and execution of test strategy and governance
• Senior stakeholder management
• Coordination across projects and vendors

Requirements:

• Strong Test Management background from large-scale programs
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives
• SAP experience is advantageous

Senior Test Manager - Primarily Denmark and Germany Responsibilities:

• Managing testing activities for SAP Core integrations
• Planning and coordinating integration testing
• Ensuring alignment with surrounding systems

Requirements:

• Strong testing methodology experience
• Solid integration testing background
• SAP integration experience is desirable

Nature of the Program The program involves minimal new development with a focus on:

• Data Migration
• System Integration
• Process Alignment
• Organizational Transition

Key scenarios include:

• Migrating data from existing systems
• Validating data structures
• Adapting business workflows
• Ensuring business continuity

Contract Terms Duration

• Initial contract: 12 months
• Extension options: 2 x 12 months
• Total engagement: Up to 36 months

Allocation

• Full-time assignment

Location & Working Model The program operates with teams across multiple countries in a hybrid working model:

• Remote work possible
• Onsite work as necessary
• Most collaboration via Microsoft Teams

Onboarding:

• 1–2 weeks in Aarhus
• Subsequent onsite attendance as required
