Here is what the job entails As our Test Manager, Connectivity Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and release readiness of our connectivity products, embedded firmware, and integrated solutions. Working closely with Solution Architects, Systems Engineers, Firmware Developers, and Hardware Engineers, you will drive verification activities across disciplines and help shape the future of testing within the Water Division. More specifically, you will be:

  • Defining and driving the verification strategy throughout the product lifecycle
  • Leading verification activities across firmware, hardware, connectivity, and integrated solutions
  • Ensuring traceability, test coverage, and alignment from requirements to release readiness
  • Driving AI-enabled verification, test automation, and modern quality engineering practices
  • Building and strengthening the capabilities, processes, and governance supporting the future test organization within the Water Division

Meet your future team Reporting to the Director of Connectivity, you will join the Solutions Architect team within the Water Division. Working alongside specialists in connectivity, embedded systems, wireless communication, system architecture, and product development, you will help ensure our solutions are verified and validated before release. You will be part of an informal and collaborative environment characterized by strong technical expertise, knowledge sharing, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Less about us, more about you We are looking for a Test Manager who thrives in complex engineering environments and brings structure, quality, and continuous improvement to the verification of connected solutions. Combining analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach, you are comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and driving quality through collaboration, automation, and emerging technologies. In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, and have experience testing embedded, firmware-based, connected, or IoT products
  • Understand systems integration, and acceptance testing and can develop effective verification strategies and test plans from product requirements and used cases
  • Have hands-on experience with Python, embedded C, test automation, and embedded systems debugging
  • Collaborate effectively across hardware, firmware, connectivity, and software domains with both specialists and project stakeholders
  • Take ownership, communicate clearly, and drive continuous improvements through automation, AI-enabled verification, and modern quality engineering

Experience with wireless communication technologies, Grafana, test management tools, requirements management, systems engineering practices, or AI-assisted verification is considered an advantage.
