Test Leader – IT & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Test Leader / Test Manager to lead testing and quality assurance activities within a large-scale IT, automation and logistics environment. About The Role You will work closely with project teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality IT and automation deliveries. The role covers the full testing lifecycle, from requirements and test planning through execution, documentation, validation and final handover. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute testing activities for IT and automation solutions
• Ensure quality across applications, integrations, automation processes and operational workflows
• Contribute to requirements definition from a testability and quality perspective
• Coordinate testing activities between internal teams and external suppliers
• Support hands-on testing when required
• Contribute to process validation related to IT, automation and logistics
• Ensure test results, deviations and final test reports are properly documented
• Ensure relevant user documentation is available for training and handover
• Support implementation and testing activities at different locations when required

Required Competence

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in testing and test management
• Strong experience leading complex testing activities involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience with IT systems, automation, applications and/or integrations
• Experience in structured quality assurance, validation and test documentation
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent Swedish and English – mandatory

Highly Desirable Experience within one or more of the following areas is highly valuable:

• GAMP5 / GxP / GMP
• Pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
• Warehouse and logistics operations
• Industrial or warehouse automation
• IT/OT integration and validation
