Job Summary: We are seeking a driven Test Lead that is accountable for defining, governing, and coordinating end-to-end testing for the Core HR solution / Workday implementation. The role ensures that Solution configuration, business processes, integrations, security, reports, data migration, and downstream impacts are tested against agreed requirements and are ready for deployment. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline Key Responsibilities: - Testing Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution across all phases (SIT, UAT, Security, Data Migration) to ensure the Workday implementation meets all quality standards and business requirements. - Governance & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate stakeholders and manage project risks, defects, and status reporting to drive successful business acceptance and formal sign-off for go-live readiness. Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of extensive experience in test management and quality assurance to oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Workday and core HR technology systems.
• Perform comprehensive integration and data migration testing across complex enterprise environments.
• Proactively manage testing defects, project risks, and technical issues through to resolution.
• Utilize Jira effectively for test tracking, defect logging, and agile project management.

• Provide strong planning, coordination, and governance capabilities across multiple project streams.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve complex testing challenges.
