Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Developer focuses on software testing of new functionalities, including requirement analysis, development of test cases and test scripts, and low-level software testing in HIL and bench environments. You will work closely with function developers to support and secure software quality throughout the development process. The work is performed in an agile environment according to the SAFe framework and includes planning and coordinating test activities within agile sprints. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Test Development & Execution: Drive testing for powertrain solutions by analyzing requirements, developing test scripts, and performing low-level software testing in HIL and bench environments. - Agile Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Secure software quality by collaborating closely with function developers and coordinating all testing activities within sprint cycles using the SAFe agile framework. Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of software testing and test development.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.
• Knowledge relevant to HIL and bench-based software testing.
• 6+ years of experience relevant to software testing and/or test development.
• Merit: Knowledge of embedded systems in vehicles.
• Merit: Experience with functional safety standards such as ISO 26262.
• Merit: Good coding skills; experience with Python, particularly for test automation or Python-based test frameworks.
• Merit: C and/or CE driver’s license.

Soft Skills:

• Collaborative – works closely with function developers and other technical stakeholders.
• Structured and quality-focused approach to testing.
• Able to plan and coordinate own test activities within agile sprints.
• Comfortable in an agile team; fluent English required, Swedish a plus.
