Job Description We are looking for a Test Developer to join the Motion Control Testing team and support testing activities for client' powertrain solutions. The assignment focuses on software testing of new functionalities, including requirement analysis, development of test cases and test scripts, and low-level software testing in HIL and bench environments. You will work closely with function developers to support and secure software quality throughout the development process. The work is performed in an agile environment according to the SAFe framework and includes planning and coordinating test activities within agile sprints. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for new functionalities.
• Develop test cases and test scripts based on requirements.
• Perform low-level software testing in HIL and bench environments.
• Collaborate closely with function developers to secure software quality.
• Plan and coordinate test activities within agile sprints.
• Work according to the SAFe agile framework.
• Contribute to testing activities for client powertrain solutions.

Education & Technical Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field.
• Understanding of software testing and test development.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.
• Knowledge relevant to HIL and bench-based software testing.
• Fluent English.

Experience & Skills

• Experience relevant to software testing and/or test development.
• Ability to work with requirement analysis, test cases, and test scripts.
• Ability to collaborate closely with function developers and other technical stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and coordinate own test activities within agile sprints.
• Structured and quality-focused approach to testing.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Meriting Experience

• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Knowledge of embedded systems in vehicles.
• Experience with functional safety standards such as ISO 26262.
• Good coding skills.
• Experience with Python, particularly in relation to test automation or Python-based test frameworks.
• Swedish language skills.
• C and/or CE driver's license.
