Test Coordinator

We are looking for a structured and proactive Test Coordinator to support planning coordination follow-up and reporting of test activities of software development at complete vehicle integration test level The role includes driving transparency managing dependencies and risks facilitating meetings supporting stakeholders and improving test processes with a strong interest in AI enabled business improvement and process efficiency. Responsibilities  Coordinate test planning and execution across teams  Support test process development improvement and simplification  Facilitate meetings and alignment forums  Maintain an operational overview of ongoing test activities and dependencies  Follow up on test progress deviations and reporting needs  Coordinate cross functional collaboration between SW deliveries for Complete vehicle teams  Escalate risks blockers and dependencies when needed  Drive transparency in test status priorities and decision points  Support the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency reporting and ways of working Education Must have  Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience within engineering software electronics embedded systems vehicle systems Nice to have  Education or certification in test methodology project coordination agile ways of working systems engineering or similar Experience Must Have  Experience from test coordination test planning verification validation or technical project coordination  Experience working with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders  Good understanding of test processes reporting follow-up and risk dependency management  Experience from software hardware integration or larger technical systems Nice To Have  Experience from automotive embedded systems HILSIL complete vehicle testing or system integration  Experience with process improvement automation AI supported workflows or digitalization of test reporting processes  Experience facilitating meetings and driving alignment between technical and nontechnical stakeholders Language  English and Swedish Personal Soft Skills  Structured and organised  Proactive and solutionoriented  Strong ability to maintain operational overview  Clear communicator who drives transparency  Collaborative leadership style  Good stakeholder management skills  Comfortable coordinating across functions and disciplines  Able to facilitate meetings and follow up decisions actions  Confident in escalation management when risks or blockers arise Other Specifications Interest in AI process simplification and efficiency improvements is highly valued.
