What you'll do

With over 15 offices in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Norwegian-based Cyviz AS is a well-established global player. Cyviz is a global technology provider for comprehensive conference and control rooms as well as command and experience centers. Since 1998, we have created next level collaboration spaces, assuring inclusive meeting experiences for in person and remote attendance. Cyviz serves global enterprises and governments with the highest requirements for usability, security, decision making and quality. The cross-platform experience Cyviz delivers to manage and control systems and resources across the enterprise, makes Cyviz the preferred choice for customers with complex needs. Territory Sales Executive / Account Manager, Nordics We are looking for a driven, hunter mentality Sales Manager / Account Manager to join our Sales team, covering the Nordics region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland). This role is based out of our headquarters in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business, developing customer and partner relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Nordics. You will work a target account list built around a mix of new logo names to open and an existing portfolio of accounts to expand, giving you a running start while still leaving real whitespace to hunt. Your edge will be value selling. Instead of competing on price or spec sheets, you build a business case that shows customers exactly what Cyviz's collaboration and command and control solutions are worth to them, and you use that to close faster. You will work closely with customers, channel partners such as AV/IT integrators and resellers, and internal stakeholders to move deals through the pipeline. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, but this is fundamentally a new business, quota carrying role. Your job is to find revenue and bring it home, whether that comes from a brand new name or an account already on the books. This is an opportunity to sell market leading visualization and collaboration technology, work close to the product and leadership teams at HQ, build out a multi country territory, and earn accordingly. Location This role is based out of our headquarters in Oslo, with regular travel across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland to meet customers and partners. Being based at HQ means direct, day to day access to our product, engineering, and leadership teams, a strong advantage when building a value based business case for customers. We are looking for a native level Norwegian speaker with deep knowledge of the Norwegian market and business culture, given Norway is both our home market and headquarters location. Key Responsibilities

  • Work a defined target account list across the Nordics, combining net new logo acquisition with expansion of an existing portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and sequencing your approach across both.
  • Prospect, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. This is a new logo focused role, not simply account maintenance.
  • Build and work a pipeline across your target accounts to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Use a value selling approach to build a compelling, quantified business case covering ROI, cost savings, and risk reduction that gets deals signed. Sell outcomes, not features, and use that to win against competitors on value rather than discount.
  • Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive expansion within existing accounts once the initial deal is won.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM records across both new and existing accounts.
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations that build urgency and drive decisions, adapting your approach across different Nordic markets.
  • Navigate the distinct procurement styles, decision making processes, and compliance expectations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
  • Travel regularly from Oslo across the Nordics to meet customers, partners, and attend events.
  • Work closely with the product, engineering, and delivery teams at HQ to shape solutions and proposals for key opportunities.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence to sharpen your approach across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Native level fluency in Norwegian, with deep knowledge of the Norwegian market and business culture, and professional fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of, or willingness to build deep expertise in, the Swedish, Danish, and Finnish markets.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B new business sales, business development, or territory sales, with a demonstrated hunter track record.
  • Experience with target account selling, planning and executing against a defined account list rather than working purely inbound or ad hoc leads.
  • Proven history of consistently hitting or exceeding new business quota.
  • Skilled in value based or consultative selling methodologies (for example MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Sale, or SPIN) and comfortable using them to close deals.
  • Experience selling across multiple countries or managing a multi market territory is a strong advantage.
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers, public sector, energy, or channel partners is an advantage.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into a business case that gets budget approved.
  • Valid right to work in Norway, and willingness to travel frequently across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Who You Are

  • A natural hunter, energized by prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals.
  • Strategic about target accounts. You know how to prioritize a list, plan your approach, and go after both new names and expansion opportunities across several countries at once.
  • Competitive and quota driven, with a track record you're proud to talk about.
  • A sharp value seller. You build the business case, quantify the impact, and use it to win rather than to discount.
  • Confident, persistent, and comfortable with rejection on the way to a yes.
  • Self motivated and able to run a multi country territory and account list with minimal hand holding.
  • A strong communicator and negotiator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders across different Nordic business cultures.
  • Comfortable being close to HQ and collaborating tightly with product and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable with frequent cross border travel.
  • Adaptable and able to juggle multiple live deals across new and existing accounts in different markets.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus commission/OTE with accelerators, weighted toward new business.
  • A target account list that mixes new logo whitespace with an existing portfolio ready to be expanded, across four Nordic markets.
  • The chance to sell an innovative, market leading platform to Fortune 500 and government customers.
  • A base at our HQ in Oslo, with close proximity to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • An inclusive, international, fast moving sales culture.
  • Strong professional development and a clear path to grow as you deliver.
  • Direct, uncapped earning potential tied to what you close.
