Territory Manager - Sweden

Ready to drive the adoption of life-changing therapies and make a lasting impact on patient care across Sweden? Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to support the growth of innovative patient care programmes across Sweden, with occasional responsibility across the wider Nordic region. In this role, you will focus on expanding the adoption of specialised therapies, developing strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, and delivering sustainable commercial growth. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to improved patient outcomes while working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities:

• Support the development of key clinical centres and encourage the adoption of specialist therapies within the region.
• Deliver sales and market growth objectives through effective territory planning and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and hospital teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide solutions that support improved clinical and patient outcomes.
• Partner with clinical, technical, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver a high standard of customer support.
• Manage pricing activities, forecasting, reporting, and ongoing customer engagement with strong attention to detail and operational excellence.

Key Skills And Requirements:

• Previous experience within the medical device sector, ideally in a clinically focused or acute-care environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical anatomy and hospital procedural workflows.
• Demonstrated success in a sales-focused role within a competitive healthcare market.
• Proven ability to establish long-term customer relationships and manage complex accounts.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
• Comfortable working within a matrix organisation and travelling frequently throughout the territory (up to 70%).
