A Day in the Life The Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) business partners with healthcare professionals to support the treatment of vascular disease through a portfolio of endovascular and minimally invasive therapies. The team works closely with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders to support therapy adoption, clinical education, and patient access across Norway. This field-based commercial role is responsible for developing the PVH business within an assigned territory in Norway. The position requires regular customer visits, attendance at procedures, participation in educational activities, and collaboration with Nordic and cross-functional teams. Frequent travel throughout Norway and occasional travel within the Nordic region are required. As Territory Manager, Peripheral Vascular Health, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the adoption of Medtronic vascular therapies across your territory. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal partners to execute territory plans, identify new opportunities, and deliver commercial and clinical support to customers. Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, procurement teams, administrators, and key opinion leaders.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities through effective account management and territory planning.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and technical support to support therapy adoption and customer success.
• Support procedures and provide product expertise to healthcare professionals when required.
• Lead commercial discussions and collaborate on pricing, contracting, and public tender activities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, customer activity records, and opportunity pipelines using company systems.

Partner with Nordic colleagues and cross-functional teams to support customer needs, educational activities, and business initiatives. - Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and some sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a comparable commercial environment.
• Experience managing customer accounts and delivering against defined sales or business objectives.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Norway and occasionally within the Nordic region. - Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the medical device industry, particularly in peripheral vascular, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, embolization, or venous therapies.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare system, hospital purchasing processes, and stakeholder landscape.
• Experience supporting public procurement, tender submissions, and contracting activities.
• Experience providing clinical, technical, or procedural support for complex medical technologies.
