Olink panels provide innovative, high-quality solutions for human protein biomarker discovery, enabling researchers to measure thousands of proteins simultaneously from just a few microliters of blood. Using highly specific and thoroughly validated assays with a wide dynamic range, Olink’s technology overcomes traditional limitations in protein analysis and supports deeper insights into human biology and disease. We are looking to hire a Technical Writer to join our Product Management team in Uppsala, Sweden. In this role, you'll create clear, concise documentation that enables our customers and internal teams to effectively utilize our products and processes. Working across multiple departments and technologies, you'll translate complex scientific and technical information into user-friendly content that supports our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, scientists, and quality teams to develop and maintain various technical documentation including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), validation protocols, manufacturing batch records, and training materials. Using advanced technical writing tools and methodologies, you'll ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and usability. A Day in the Life

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to gain a thorough understanding of new products in development and translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly product manuals and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers to incorporate feedback from field teams into existing technical product information, continuously improving the customer experience while ensuring accurate and consistent messaging across the product portfolio.

Qualifications And Skills

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices
• Preferred Fields of Study: Technical Writing, Scientific/Technical Communication, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field
• Advanced proficiency in content management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and DITA/XML authoring tools
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation best practices and information architecture
• Experience with topic-based authoring and single-sourcing methodologies
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate complex technical/scientific concepts
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in document control systems and change management processes
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital content development tools
• Experience with graphic design tools and video production software preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining deadlines
