Technical Solution Architect | Stockholm / Hybrid | Up to 80,000 SEK Are you an experienced Software Engineer or Solution Architect looking to take ownership of enterprise-wide architecture within an organisation making a real impact across Sweden and internationally? We're supporting a well-established, knowledge-driven organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and looking to hire a Technical Solution Architect to help shape the future of its technology landscape. The Opportunity You'll play a key role in defining and evolving the organisation's application and solution architecture, ensuring systems remain secure, scalable and aligned with long-term business goals. Working closely with development teams, business stakeholders and leadership, you'll help drive architectural decisions that influence both current platforms and future technology investments. This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from a software engineering background into architecture and enjoys balancing business requirements with technical strategy. Key Responsibilities • Define and maintain solution architecture across multiple business domains • Lead architecture governance and technical decision-making forums • Ensure new systems and applications integrate effectively with existing platforms • Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions • Support transformation initiatives and major technology projects • Drive best practices around automation, scalability, security and maintainability • Work closely with development, infrastructure and business teams Technology Environment • Azure Cloud • .NET 6 • SQL Server • REST APIs • Azure DevOps • Microsoft Technology Stack What We're Looking For • Several years' experience in software development using object-oriented programming languages • Previous experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or similar role • Strong understanding of enterprise applications and system integrations • Experience with Azure and Microsoft-based cloud environments • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working within agile environments Desirable • Azure Solutions Architect Expert • TOGAF, CITA-P or similar architecture certifications • Experience leading architecture governance or architecture councils Why Join? • Be part of a significant digital transformation programme • Influence technology strategy across the organisation • Collaborative and highly supportive culture • Strong work-life balance and flexible working • Regular social events and team activities • International exposure and the opportunity to work alongside leading industry experts • Long-term career stability within a respected organisation Salary: Up to 80,000 SEK per month Location: Stockholm (Hybrid) Interested in hearing more?
