Technical Services Representative

Job Description In this role, you will provide technical support to existing and new customers, help solve technical challenges, strengthen customer relationships and support our sales organization with your technical expertise. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Production and our laboratory team in Sweden. Responsibilities Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for existing and new customers.
• Develop strong customer relationships through improvement projects within surface treatment.
• Support the Sales organization with technical problem-solving.
• Record and report all customer activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate and handle customer complaints together with the Sales organization.
• Follow up on TDS documentation and application/run sheets with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's tinting systems, including LargoTint, LargoMatch and LargoBets.
• Support technical problem-solving across Sales and Production.
• Take primary responsibility for tinting machines and related equipment at customer sites.
• Contribute to product and technical competence development together with Sales and Production.
• Participate in product development in close cooperation with our laboratory team in Sweden.
• Deliver training and competence development for our customers.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications What We Are Looking For Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong technical understanding and an interest in solving practical customer problems.
• Ability to understand technical terminology and apply technical knowledge in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience from a technical, industrial, production, surface treatment or related environment is an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, products and systems.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing actively to a team.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

• Annual gross salary of 450 000 DKK to 575 000 DKK
