Technical Sales Specialist - EV Charging - Swedish Speaker Location: Oslo, Norway Contract Type: Permanent Language: Swedish & Norwegian The opportunity A growing company in the EV charging sector is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join its Customer Success team. You will support electrical installers and resellers across Sweden and Norway, combining technical advice with relationship management and business development. Your focus will be on helping new partners get started, supporting existing partners with technical questions, and building productive, lasting partnerships. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in electrical installation or a related technical field who wants to move into a more advisory and commercially focused role. Your responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to installer partners, helping them resolve questions and make effective use of the company’s solutions.
• Support new partners through onboarding and follow up to ensure they are confident using the services and tools available.
• Help create practical user guides and support resources that simplify partners’ day-to-day work.
• Identify potential electrical installation partners and develop existing partner relationships.
• Contribute to sales collateral, customer presentations, and marketing materials that support both the company’s and its partners’ commercial activities.
• Take part in outbound sales efforts aimed at prospective partners and charging site owners.

What you bring

• Swedish and a strong command of Norwegian.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• A solid technical understanding, ideally gained in the electrical industry or through work with EV chargers and charging infrastructure.
• A helpful, service-minded approach and the ability to find practical solutions.
• Confidence building relationships in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Good organisational skills, curiosity, and a willingness to develop new knowledge.
• An approachable manner and an interest in maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Experience with other cloud-based services would be an advantage.
