Role Description The Technical Project Manager Intern – Game Development is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of game development projects. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project timelines, managing tasks and milestones, and facilitating communication between engineering, design, and narrative teams. The intern will assist in organizing sprint activities, documenting requirements, monitoring risks, and ensuring alignment with technical and creative goals. This role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and helping streamline workflows and processes in a fast-paced startup environment. The intern will collaborate closely with senior team members to learn best practices in project and program management while contributing to the successful delivery of game features. Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal updates, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Foundational Project Management skills to assist with scheduling, task tracking, and milestone management.
• Exposure to Program Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and support team cohesion.
• Interest in game development, interactive storytelling, and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, task management tools (e.g., Jira, clickup), or version control systems is beneficial.
