Technical Project Lead for Electrical Systems

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team and take full ownership of technical content within electrical systems. We are currently experiencing sustained high demand in our project operations and need to strengthen our team with additional expertise in technical project leadership. Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a technical university or institution, preferably in electrical engineering, automation, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in technical projects
• Expertise in electrical design, control systems, automation, or related technical areas
• Experience in technical project leadership, coordination, or other senior technical roles
• Ability to read, understand, and translate technical specifications and project requirements into practical solutions
• Communication and collaboration skills at various organizational levels
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, responsible approach with ability to drive technical issues forward with clarity and direction

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical work within electrical and control systems for assigned projects
• Ensure technical and contractual requirements are understood correctly and implemented across all project phases
• Coordinate engineering resources and monitor technical activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive technical issues, interfaces, and discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal functions
• Plan, lead, and monitor technical project meetings and design reviews
• Identify, assess, and manage technical risks, deviations, and engineering changes
• Track schedule, technical costs, and resource requirements within your scope of responsibility
• Ensure design, procurement, and technical documentation are executed according to project timelines and requirements

Meritorious

• Experience from the energy, process, or power generation industries
• Background working with customers and suppliers in international projects
• Familiarity with technical contract requirements, scheduling, and cost tracking
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS systems, electrical schematics, control systems, or industrial automation
• Project management certification or formal technical leadership training
• Experience with cross-functional technical coordination in complex organizations
